LANDSCAPING NEWS February 2012
Good buying power means good prices to you the customer. We are now
using where possible, recycled aggregates from a local supplier which helps keep our prices down in these difficult times.
In order to make live easier for us, thus saving time and reducing costs for
you the customer, we have a height tip Dumpster which will fit through most gates (650mm wide) and then will tip straight into the wagon (tip height 1450mm) .with a 500k load much easier than a wheelbarrow.
We have recently completed 2 projects which provide cost savings for the customer:-
1 Gravel drive refurbish in 4-10mm single size Limestone. Holds down well for loose gravel.
2 Very steep terrace garden in Pressure Treated Softwood 2400x200x100mm new sleepers and steel angles plus bolts. This proved to have considerable cost savings over brick or blocks. Well worth having a price on.
New prices start arriving which means that we have no alternative but to
raise our prices. We do try however to source the best quality materials at
the best price wherever possible, direct from the manufacturer and pass on these prices to you.
It is also the time of the year when we have been to the Trade Shows to look
at this year’s products.
For customers thinking of projects to be carried out early this year, now is the time to call. Some special prices will be available for early orders
Block paving is still value for money, compared with tarmac. Tarmac keeps rising in price as it is linked to fuel costs.
We can now design your garden for you as ‘design and build’ or ‘design and DIY’ in which case all materials would be supplied.
We now can design and build pergolas, gates and automatic gates, to individual customers’ specifications.
